Rules and Price 2007

Prices include VAT, water, light, gas, bed linen, bath-towels and kitchen linen. Change of linen is provided once a week. The heating is included in winter time. “Le Gelosie” can suppliy a baby’s cradle at the cost 8 euro per day (payment on the spot). No charge if the guest brings it along. Final compulsory cleaning 50 euro (payment on the spot). Pets are not allowed. Conditions of payments: Payment is to be settled in full upon arrival, where the guest will make a deposit of € 100 for the suite Il Nido and € 150 for La Piccionaia. The deposit will be given back to the guest upon check out, if no damage to rooms or furniture is detected. Check in on Saturdays from 4.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. and check out on Saturdays by 10.00 a.m. If you are late please let us know by phone. Daily stays only in the periods indicated below during which it is possible to spend a week-end (two nights minimum).
